The SDWB champions the Steven Covey's whole-person paradigm in its programmes as it supports the four basic needs of every person: To Live, To Love, To Learn and to Leave a Legacy. 
Amongst other things, the Staff Development and Well Being (SDWB) Department looks into Staff Professional Learning & Development, Staff Health & Satisfaction and Staff Reward & Recognition.
