Changkat Pr Pupils’ involvement in Sing-A-Kids Project
‘Sing-A-Kids’ is a project funded by Lee Kuan Yew Fund For Bilingualism to promote bilingualism among the citizens through songs for children. “Sing-A-Kids” comprises 15 songs about iconic places in Singapore, and events and festivals.
Our pupils from the Choir took part in this project. They are Aaron Lim (5R), Arfah (5R), Desiree (5I), Jocelyn Kelly (6R) and Anna Cynthia (6R). Pupils nominated by the schools had to go through an audition before they were finally selected for the recording. The CDs will be published for distribution to various educational institutes sponsored by LKY Fund For Bilingualism.
It is with great pleasure to inform parents and guardians that the CD will be launched on 9 August. This event will be held at SAFRA Toa Payoh Club House [Address: 293 Lorong 6, Singapore 7319387 (Lobby)] from 4.00 – 5.30 p.m.
If you are free on 9 August, do drop by SAFRA Toa Payoh Club House and lend your support to our budding artists. Bring your family along!
