Competent and Happy Staff



We are committed to partnering staff in building their competencies and caring for their well-being.


The SDWB champions Stephen Covey's whole-person paradigm in its programmes as it supports the four basic needs of every person: to live, to love, to learn and to leave a legacy. 


Amongst other things, the Staff Development and Well-being (SDWB) Department looks into staff professional learning and development, health and satisfaction, and reward and recognition.
